Matt Laridon is licensed real estate agent and the founder and managing partner of The Laridon Organization and founder of 1031.TV, a multifaceted social media real estate coaching platform for both commercial and residential real estate professionals.

With over 30 years of professional Wall Street and Commercial Real Estate experience, Mr. Laridon’s opinion on real estate and corporate finance have been featured on CNBC and in numerous regional and national publications.

A published author, Mr. Laridon is a sought after speaker and real estate panel member. He has been fortunate to share the stage with some of the best and brightest real estate minds in the country. Recognizing that real estate is a very competitive field with an above average attrition rate,  Mr. Laridon created the 1031 Exchange Playbook, and ultimately The 1031 Exchange Masters Course, to help both new and experienced real estate professionals expand and diversify their real estate practice.

Born and raised in Long Beach, CA, Matt is involved in a number of organizations that advocate for the homeless and those in recovery. Solving food scarcity and nutritional deficiency in the home are the primary focus of his philanthropic efforts. 

Most weekends you will find Matt spending time with his 3 children and 3 grandsons. Matt also serves as a USA Pickleball Ambassador, representing the greater Los Angeles market. A highly ranked amateur with the goal of turning professional, Pickleball has replaced tennis where he was a highly competitive junior player.
